MY COMMENT-- We have to develop our "cognitive immune systems" so that we do NOT become subject to mass-mind control and manipulation. But how? I'm still not sure.

NOTES from video-- People had to be manipulated through irrational emotions-- this is an idea in sales that is pushed all the time. The taboo against women smoking was broken this way. In the process, psychoanalysis was carried out to do this. There was no concern-- for whether this OUGHT to be done or not. The key to the conversion was the understanding that the cigarette was a penis. The cigarettes were planted on women in a crowd-- and they were called torches of freedom. This made cigarettes acceptable to women-- it made them feel independent-- People could behave irrantionally if appeals were made to their feelings. Objects could become symbols. Selling to the intellect-- vs. selling to the feelings-- This is the EMOTIONAL connection to a product or service.

COMMENT FOR CRYONICS-- I think cryonics should be sold to the intellect but obviously cryonics won't sell to the masses until it's sold to the feelings. Early advertising before this appealed to practical virtues-- what I'd like to return to-- but it's going to be tough.

Notes-- People must be trained to desire-- to want things they emotionally want. Appealing to man's desires... was engineered... Before this, people shopped for what they needed... Edward Bernez in the US brings to the table psychological theory how we appeal to the masses effecitvely....

COMMENT FOR CRYONICS-- If I were to design a program for cryonics, I would shut down ALL new sign ups-- just get the ones in process right now in-- as members-- and shut down any last minute cases being accepted. Saul kent wants to "consolodate cryonics" and I would do this-- so that ALL cryonic companeis agreed to STOP accepting any new applicaants. I would review standards-- both technical AND standards for acceptance into cryonics college.... where we KNOW everyone who signs up for cryonics understands intellecutally what they're gettng involved in and why. The idea here is to TAKE AWAY what we're selling. THAT would gain world wide attention and-- anticipation of the applications standards-- and a renweed interest.

Notes-- This video about Beloiz has implications for the current election-- and Larouche doesn't really cover it. Larouche's analysis gets us thinking correctly but it doesn't eliminate the mass-mind control going on. Inflation wiped out Freud's savings in Vienna... Freud had to keep donations in another country's bank account.

SOCIAL CONTROL-- TEchniques need to be studied-- and understood-- so that "They" don't hijack our subconcious.

DEMOCRACY-- The democratic effort to change power relations has been co-opted and turned inside out by Bernet.
