I have an Alcor card labelled "Authoriziation of Anatomical Donation"-- from Alcor-- that was notarized in 2004-- which is much later than my original sign up date in 1991-- and I can't really explain how that happened right now. I have some amnesia, i think. It's odd.

MY comment-- John Bull writes this as if he's a clinician-- not in first person style... and we really need writers in cryonics who are willing and able to write in first person. "Ask you doctor to note your view on your chart"??? That's crazy-- no doctor I know is going to spend time noting your views. Pure insanity here. Give a family member or trusted friend legal authority to make medical decisions? I don't think so. A living will.... sure-- but what are the first person accounts of this.

My comment-- I'm trying to complete my will-- with all the related ideas-- including things like this-- I don't want food and water withheld, for example. I want music and a routine that helps my subconsious mind go down easy. I don't like how Alcor currently appears to treat dying patients. The lack of Ventureville plans really concerns me now.
