[+] I believe Paul Wakfer is still an Alcor member. His concept of self-sovereignty is, in my current understanding, nothing but "anarchism" in disguise. Wakfer has, in the past, argued for the complete dis-assmblance of the USA constitution. I believe he's associated with Libertarianism [+] which, from a Larouche perspective, is nothing but a British Empire front line agency like NGO's. True to their reductionist empirical thinking that ignores the ideas of the Renaissance and the idea of the Sovereign Nation-State as defined by the Treaty of Westphalia, Libertarians and Anarchists are essentially underdeveloped human cognitive units that opt out of any form of society-- even good society and good government-- and therefore civilization. The opposite of reductionism is integration and these minds have descended into a psychopatholgical condition that refuses or is unable to integrate the society at large.
