CRYONICS-- Harrassment-- Nore Ply continues his campaign

Over the past year or two, I've been told repeatedly to not write about Lyndon Larouche and cryonics in the same blog. Lately, Nore Ply-- for lack of a better name-- a play on No Reply-- from whom I get emails threatening to expose my real name on the net in various ways-- and possibly worse-- has been extremely adamant about my not doing this. Of course, Larouche is a Christian Humanist, and his Home Owners Bank and Protection Act is being accepted by city councils and State Legislators all over the country right now in response to the foreclosure crisis--- and the onrushing financial crash.

Nore Ply represents a group of apparently VERY frightened cryonicists who believe that the general internet public will falsely associate Larouche as a "fringe" aor "wingnut" type of character-- which he is not-- and associate that with cryonics-- which is a good concept being carried out by good people and some actually very misguided people in that they believe in "defending" cryonics against association with Larouche-- or Christiantiy?-- I can't figure it out entirely... but here's Nore Ply's latest diatribe in an email to me---

Political group accused of cult-like practices; LaRouche Youth Movement said to brainwash, manipulate

Members of the LaRouche Youth Movement (LYM) whisked Ed Capps and his friend, Katrina Fenton, away to their headquarters in Redford near the end of winter semester 2006. They were returned only after a six-hour indoctrination to get them to drop out of school and join their cause.
Brainchild of political activist Lyndon LaRouche, the LYM is a cultural movement that embraces Marxism and a reemergence of the classics. Though accused of being cultish in nature, the LYM has thousands of followers around the world.

How it all begins

Katrina Fenton, a political science and philosophy major at Wayne State, was approached by LaRouche Youth members. These members told Fenton that she had no respect for education or for thinking in general, and that her education did not equip her to solve even simple math riddles. She was urged to reconsider her education foundation. Being cold and hungry, Fenton pressed that she wanted to get some food at a restaurant, La Pita. A group member walked with her to the restaurant where she was meeting her friend, Capps.

After lunch, Capps and Fenton got into a van with six LaRouche members. Capps thought they were heading to the philosophy office on campus. Neither knew they were going 30 minutes away to Redford.

“So is this the part where we get locked in the garage and killed?” Capps asked. The LaRouche members emphatically denied being a cult.

The headquarters visit included reading LaRouche literature aloud in chorus, a general tour and listening to a LaRouche radio program. Capps was told that the group alternates between days recruiting at Eastern Michigan University, Wayne State University and University of Michigan. There was a discussion that LaRouche’s politics are the only way to save the world. Then the members pitched dropping out of school for the special education there.

Capps and Fenton were returned to campus afterwards. Capps didn’t give the LaRouche group his phone number. However, Fenton did, and has been receiving calls from the group ever since. She received about 20 phone calls last month urging her to come back.

LaRouche is a pseudo-politician with a cadre of cultish followers, who promotes pseudo-news items on his website that purport to link events together with little or no substantive proof, and links events to various unsupportable fanatical concepts. Many of his language constructs are complicated and unfathomable, probably intentionally so in order to give the impression of a high intellectual capacity, which instead he is truly lacking. Most people find LaRouche to not be credible.

Usual slanders against Larouche won't work anymore. This stuff is so "1980's" it's rediculous. Just a few points-- The article above says Larouche embraces Marxism... Not true. In fact, Larouche is critical of Marx-- and says Marx was a tool of the British-- In fact, I just HAPPENED to read an extensive article on that a few nights ago. So right there-- Nore Ply and the writer of that article above should be sued for TOTAL FALSE slander. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Nore, allow me to be the first to call you a grade A idiot. I'll hard boil an agg in your honor and using a Sharpie pen, put your name on it. You're a hard boiled egg head... nothing more. What..... a...... foool... you... are. Stupidity knows no bounds does it?

Ha ha... yeah like the city, town, burrough and state government bodies in PA right now who are adopting Laoruche's HBPA... Nore-- do you know what YEAR it is??? You might have been able to use this anti-Larouche slander garbage in the 1980s, but times have changed, my moronic anti-friend. MY COMMENT-- yeah that's for sure. But I think I already make that clear in most of my posts-- that cryonicits apparently DON'T understand money-- economics-- the danger of an Iran attack,-- classical humanist thought-- Plato etc. You're only repeating what I already write-- If THAT is your only problem Nore, with my blog-- then I assure you you're on very safe ground-- I would in NO WAY want to associate with the cultish LOGICAL POSITIVISM and EMPIRICIST anti-Christian and Globalilst- sophism of the Cryonicists-- who go around basically "kidnapping" officially dead people into cryonics based on the flimsiest excuse of them having signed a disclaimer-- or less. Cryonics was originally supposed to be for people who had the proper documentation, were MEMBERS of cryonics organizations and who clearly wanted to take a chance. As it turns out, the most :"lucrative" part of cryonics is "getting last minute cases"-- which are almost always ambiguous as to true intention-- witness Ted williams fiasco.

Cryonics is a good idea and a lot of it carried out professionally, but there are cult fanatics in cryonics who assume that cryonics is "like heart surgery" instead being POTENTIALLY like heart surgery.. like Brian Wowk who is held in high esteem by all cryonicists-- except me. Brian is a competent scientist at 21CM, Saul Kent's company-- one of a group of companies that he funds with the so cllaed "Life Extension Foundation" which does not, in fact, extend lives per se-- at least by the definition of what "life extension" originally meant-- in terms of squarting the curve or going beyond maximum lifespan. It's simply a "vitamin companY". So there are a LOT of CULTISH elements in cryonics-- MY job is to continually point that out to the public who might be misled into thinking that cryonics is like heart surgery or that Alcor Life Extension Foundation-- a cryonics firm-- or that Life Extension Foundation-- actually "extend lives" -- which they clearly do NOT.

I use some Life Extension foudnation products and I'm signed up with Alcor but I believe the CONTEXT of all of this is being MISREPRESENTED-- and the public is HEREBY warned that there IS a "cult component" involved in all of these organizations-- that they should be alert to-- not that they should not paticipate-- but that they should properly CONTEXTUALIZE the efforts within the CONTEXST of CHRISTIAN HUMANISM as described by Larouche who points to CLASSICAL IMMORTALITY as the starting point for immortality-- NOT cryonics per se... Cryonics is BEST seen as the NEXT goal AFTER Classical Immortality is grasped-- since currently we're all FAR more likley to "die die" than be reanimated.
