[+] With Romney running and the little debate that they had a few weeks ago in the media on this, I got thinking about cryonics and the mormons and transhumanism in the mormon camp. [+] Dave Pizer wants Alcor to be democratic so that members become more interested and somehow that will lead to membership growth-- and he cites the safety in numbers argument pointing to the way that large numbers of cryonicists turned out in person to support cryonics during the Stump hearings in Arizona-- which was the result of the TW affair-- basically. The situation worked out but it was very dicey-- The question I have to this day is why would Alcor have moved out of the state of CA where cryonics was already bona fide and tested? To me, that out of state move was very dangerous-- What should have transpired should have been a new cryonics operation in AZ-- to test the waters and grow-- but wholesale move out of CA was a mistake that LED to the Stump / TW affair. That's my interpretation. Nobody agrees with and I've been cut out of all cryonics discussions. My detractors are using my real name online-- to try to use behavioral tactics on me-- using that as punishment-- believing that that that animal type control works with humans. I suppose it does sometimes. It might even work with me-- but not this morning.
