Looking for evidence of weather control in Myanmar/Burma 20,000 victim cyclone.

The TVnews has barely mentioned the Myanmar cyclone disaster-- and now I see reports of 20,000 killed-- due to a "cyclone"?? I wasn't sure where Myanmar was exactly [+] Turns out it's right next door to China-- here's the path of the storm[+]. Here's the definition of a cyclone. [+] How is that different from a hurricane? Looks like they're the same thing other than the word cyclone is used for a hurricane in the tropics. The word hurricane is used for the locations not in the tropics.

The name of the country is an issue-- it's actually Burma-- which is what I'm more familiar with. [+]

Here's a Fox piece where the Chinese are doing extreme weather control-- firing rockets into clouds to stop them from raining. This in my view is bizarre. I think the Olympics themselves are bizarre. It's not dealing with reality. The motivation to control the weather however is the point here-- and the US military has similar plans-- there's a famous quote about owning the wearther by 2012. Weather control is being weaponized-- as it was in Viet Nam by the US in the 1960's-- a war that should not have occurred-- but was pushed by the British faction of the US government at the time. They used cloud seeding to muddy roads of the enemy.
