Gold stocks might be a hedge after all.

I've read where gold stocks don't follow gold prices. i don't want to buy gold though because I wouldn't know what to do with it. And then you have to store it and then buy a gun to protect it. It's nuts. I don't actually want precious metal anywhere near me. Give me some lead. I like lead-- at least you can hide behind it when the Earth gets bombarded from sunspots or supernovas. Did you know there's a supernova going off every second? We don't survive radiation too well. Eating avacado helps protect DNA integrity though. So buy lead and avacodos. Back to gold-- This piece says buying gold stock might be good after all. [+] I believe it because I believe everything I read-- at least during the time I'm reading it. Maybe "believe" is too strong a word. I "suspend my disblief" while reading it-- and sometimes that suspension of disbelief lasts longer-- than at other times-- sometimes it'll last for months or years. I'll look at gold stocks again but only through the eyes of Ted Warren-- who wrote How I made the stock market make money for me". Seriously-- that's the title.
