CRYONICS-- Ventureville-- 06-- My eventual return to Canada

I was originally interested in coming to the US to "live and work with other cryonicists" at the invitation of Dave Pizer. Now, with the termination of Ventureville-- and the possible secret continuance that doesn't include me-- I'll be creating an option for myself to return to Canada and to live near a nexus of cryonicists there. I'm considering Port Huron just across the border from CI-- and I'll have the option of remaining an alcor member-- or creating a brand new situation. This is a long term plan-- but maybe it won't be long term... there are lots of new factors coming into play now. The essential feature however is that Pizer has renegged on Ventureville-- which was a big deal for me. I spent 17 years going in that direction from age 34 to 51-- 1991 to 2008. This is just an idea right now-- and there are so many problems I'm facing now-- that its unlikely to occur-- and even unlikely to be an option. With the termination of Ventureville, however, I face mortality and aging and death-- alone-- as a Larouche supporter. Cryonics isn't just cold treatment after you die-- it's cold treatment for the living too. I no longer encourage anyone to join cryonics-- not until we see some resolution on the political philosophy side. I remain sigend up myself however. This blog will be circulted to philosophy departments around Canada, the US and the world... warning people ahead of time-- about what kind of people are involved in cryonics....

Actually, Ottawa might be a better place because I can canvass for Larouche candiates among Parliamentary reps there-- and cryonics at the same time. I know some Catholic orders there-- the Jesuit seminary-- I'm familiary with the U of Ottawa-- I'll talk up maglev rails for Canada as well as cryonics. Cryonics Enterprise Real Estate Network will be be officially headquartered in an Ottawa based virtual community-- and we can look at where cryos who are friendly to the nation-state system-- live-- and shape a cryonics network from there.

As I suggest-- I'm in a completely "unglued" area-- here-- this cancellation of Ventureville EVEN as a dream or hope-- is devastating. Psychologists could look into this as a case study similar to Lucy pulling the football away from Charlie Brown.
