US dollar index shows long term decline

Larouche is instructing us on how to save the dollar-- we have to peg exchange rates of the big four-- Russia, China, India and the US-- then the question comes up as to what to use as a reference point. You can't just use gold but there are ways to create a stable reference point by agreement. Without an international agreement, I think things look bad-- like in Germany 1933 and the US dollar won't be worth anything-- if that agreement isn't established. If the dollar is allowed to crash, it's bad for all currencies of every country, including Canada's. The type of world crisis in that mode will be new in history and it'll lead to devastation of civilization. So it's going to come to are we going to create an agreement or not? China has an interest in the agreement so it should start with China and the US.
