For health guidance these days, I read Willams. [+] Kent and Falloon's literature and products don't compare with how Williams approaches health in my opinion. The entire concept of life extension is flawed-- what were doing is ageing-resistance-- and that's one aspect of life extension-- another being in a good nation-state and understanding the British empire's desire ot depopulate the world. Life extension doesn't mean much if the plan is to kill 3 billion and stop nuclear power. True life extension must deal with the British genocide plot. Williams' approach to simply resisting ageing is a narrow focus to be sure-- we have to jump outside the thought-control that resulted from the Durk Pearson inspired approach to life extension-- if we truly want to extend lives and consider Larouche's prolongevity-- and Williams ageing resistance. I don't know of any blog or book that deals with these things comprehensively-- from an anti-mortality point of view both on an individual and civilizational level-- other than mine.

Williams points out that high pulse pressure is more important to moniter than blood pressure itself.
