Piano keeps giving me more unresolved problems.

The piano I work on is continuing to give me more problems. I'm now exploring "timbre" and the control of timbre. Here's a Google search on "timbre"-- just one way to explore that aspect of sound. There are other problems-- like the "whippin" and the "touch" that the whippen delivers. Everything is out of whack since my piano technician-- whose name I won't use here to spare him the professional embarrasment-- since he replaced 44 whippins in one fell swoop to try to solve the occasional broken one. That was a big mistake because nothing has been the same since. So I'm sort of in piano hell at the moment. It's playable but not pleasant.
