HOUSE OF COMMONS-- 09-- Bankruptcies were made harder in 07 in US AND Can.

In the US, there was a big protest among civil libertarians and other true republican minded citizens groups over the secret changes made to the bankruptcy (protection) laws-- that made it MORE DIFFICULT for people to declare bankruptcy. Why were these laws enacted? Because "they" knew what was coming-- There was NO INHERENT NEED to change the laws-- that protect people whose situations required "personal protection" from debt collectors.

I was curious as to how the situation evolved in Canada-- and found it was the SAME DAMN THING-- because of course "they" contol Canada, "they" having been discoverd by Lyn Larouche as the "ADL"-- Angle Dutch Liberal financial oligarches-- all connected as a spaghetti-tangle into their nasty feeding area, the City of London-- where BAE systems financed 9/11 through Prince Bandahar. (No, it wasn't bin laden-- he was just the CIA fall guy). (And it was Pemendex people based in Canada that killed Jack Kennedy--)

[+] What are the feds doing in this? I would have thought it would have been more of a province by province situation. Look at the smiling faces at the top of this page... There's likely a big difference between a company-- and a personal bankrupty-- I've never looked into it-- Personal protection would allow you to eat-- Business protection would allow you to continue business presumably-- a bankruptcy would FIREWALL your situation one way or another-- so that there is a legal entity in front of you to handle the claims against your situation. I don't particularly like the word-- bankruptcy-- I'd rather use firewall. The US banks are ALL bankrupt. So is the fed. So is the US government. So this is nothing new. Larouche is calling for a FIREWALL of the chartered banks here and protection for the people being foreclosed on which is getting worse. We're all in the same boat-- and the situation faced by Ken Adda is a holographic piece of what we're all in. Canada is essentially bankrupt from a physical economic point of view-- and of course, the entire society is morally bankrupt-- and educationally bankrupt. It essentially means we forgot about physical reality.

Here's a nasty site that shows ordinary modest houses in Ontario listing at 400,000-- obvioulsy the same thing is occurring in Canada as the US. It's all the same.
