OIL-- 03-- Price spike speculative and dollar inflation

[+} Sort of a good overview here in recent history. No mention of Russia in this article-- the world's number one producer. It looks like McCain 's plan is to stay in IRaq 100 years, and use their oil-- signed over by Saddam Hussein-- to pay down US debt-- and strenghthen the dollar--which the McCain people want to defend-- but the attack on IRan that's coming up-- and seems unstoppable now with Fallon gone-- plays a role too-- that's a war that will unleach hell on earth--
