The British want a new Eurasian war-- throw them up against Russia, India and China... they've leaned on the US and Europe to go in that direction-- and that shows up as a rebellion in Tibet is not that at all-- The London Economist-- has a guy says it's race riot-- certain gangs set shops to Chinese and other non-ethnic Tibetans-- The Chinese responded with restraint-- what this IS- is the British bid to get the dupes in Washington like Pelosi who went to India-- and babbled to him about human rights-- it's a plot to get a war going.

Asians want nothing to do with it. They went to the Dali Lama and told him he has to say something. No Asian wants any part of it. They're smarter than Washington. Dick Cheney still talking about war-- They want destabilization. So we need emergency collaboration between major governments- India, China, US and Russian.... a 4 power agreement on int'l fixed currency exchange-- you can't have long term loans without it-- there is no exit out of the crisis without it... similar to FDR's solution--
