[+] Short overview of importance of Omega-3 oil and how we're deficient. That's a whole story in itself. the solution is fairly complicated. This is a nightmare when you combine it with all the other hazards we're facing. The idea that there's mercury in fish is rediculously horrible-- Now we have to shop for specific non poisonous fish in the grocery store. Where is the good government solution to this? I still believe in good government for the general welfare.
