There is reason we have regulations in Good Government -- which was designed into the General Welfare clause of the Preamble to the American Constitution which is currently under attack and which Canada does not have-- we'll deal with Canada in a minute-- but take this lovely little tidbit to the grocery store or corner phramacy the next time you buy a light bulb.

Those bulbs contain significant amounts of murcury. One bulb has enough mercury to contaminate 6000 (!?) gallons of water beyond safe levels. (From Rense posted article today).
