[+] NEW to ME-- this is a mar 7, 2007 update to the bylaws that deletes the Director Electorate. This fact hasn't been pointed to by Tripper McCarthy, Pizer or Platt-- I don't believe-- at least not in the repeated reference manner needed to make it stick in my mind.

In my estimation-- I'm not a lawyer-- just an amateur cryonicist-- the following persons are in contempt and violation of the California code for non-profits-- or whatever Alcor is-- exactly-- for having changed the bylaws to delete the Director Electorate-- which electorate has merely been suppressed for decades-- and was built into the founding bylaws of Alcor.

We, the Directors whose signatures are found below do constitute two-thirds of the Board of Directors and Alcor Representatives and with our signatures do hereby accept and certify that the foregoing Bylaws were duly revised by the Board of Directors of the ALCOR LIFE EXTENSION FOUNDATION as Bylaws of the corporation, on March 3, 2007, and that these Bylaws consisting of 18 pages do now constitute the Bylaws of the corporation.

After the general election and if I can afford the time and expense, I'll recommend alcor members form a shadow goverment and completely clean house at Alcor, firing every one of the above named people-- who voted in favor of this-- and replace them with the shadow government. This has been a coup-- the type of coup Alcor has always feared-- well-- it happened.

And that's the situation we have. The directors named above are nominal but not legal directors of Alcor in my view. This is the #1 issue of 2008-- this discovery. It's very similar to the ongoing attempted coup over the US governement since 9/11... by Bush and cronies. In fact, Alcro is now involved in Cronyonics-- not cryonics.
