[+] The CIA says Marjorie Labreton is the Governor but the Bank of Canada website says Mark J. Carney is. Carney was appointed Feb. 1 2008. The CIA update for March 2008 doesn't know that yet. Question-- Should I tell the CIA that their information is out of date-- or should I keep them in the dark? Furhtermore if you look at the former governors of the Bank of Canada, Marjorie Labreton isn't even listed. Someone is feedeing the CIA false data from Canada!

[+] The Bank of Canada is a central bank and appears to be privately owned-- it's not under the control of the Canadian people's representatives. I'm not sure exactly what the linkagaes are but this article pretends to understand the dimensions of the current world monetary financial collapse and it does not reflect any of the Larouche truthful analysis-- In fact, Mark Carney is pointing to merely a 'liquidity" problem and says its mostly based in the US. A guy like him would know better than that-- and so I can only conclude one thing-- and it's not nice to call people that.

[+] The Bank of Canada has a link to its annual report-- and the link to the Balance Sheet is not the frist link-- it's the last one-- hard to find and when you do, you would expect a balance sheet-- but it ain't there folks-- it's just a complicated explanation of what the Bank does to support its activity and what constitutes assets and liabilites-- but there IS NO BALANCE SHEET-- Therefore I can only concluse one thing-- and it's not nice to say words I have in mind.

[+] HEre's the Bank of Canada's "monetary policy"-- they say their goal is to contribute to rising living standards for all canadians through "low and stable inflation"-- what??? Do you mean to tell me that their GOAL is "inflation"??? Shouldn't their goal be to provide the adequate money for growth but NOT to much to trigger ANY inflation??? [Bad words not published here].
