I think he's using binaural beats, isochronic tones and light strobes-- to change brainwave patterns from beta to alpha-- wouldn't be surprised if he has mind mirrors-- the writer of the 1991 article fails to mention those.

I found this second site by Meranto that actually has a picture of headphones-- which would be needed for most binaural beats. [+]. He says this is a million times stronger than hypnosis.

My comment-- This is consistent with binaural beats-- the need for headphones. You see that by the need for STEREO audio headphones. This is KEY... YOU NEED THE HEADPHONES-- Now the problem in my analysis is that he started this in 1952 but I'm only aware of this work being done in the 1970's. Maybe he knew someone before the 1970's work was done!!! He obviously keeps this a secret... and now I think he's using light goggles. The brain machine situation should be looked at here again-- a big deal in the 1980s.

I spent a few hours at the meranto clinic this morning. I think he's using binaural beats-- but I have isochronic tones-- and I'm now going to create my own guided meditation tapes, opening my subconcious with those instead.
