He says he's a manager bringing business methods to city govn't. He turned NY over to Rohatyn since 2001. The city hs gone through ethnic cleansing. Poor areas have been depopulated. Basic services have been reduced, similar to 1970s bankruptcy. He fits the model... privatization of schools and govn't assets. Schools have been turned over to private foundations, one run by Rohatyn. The other Bill Gates. NY had the best public school system-- traditional cities provided this-- with a core of teachers and a schoole board independent of mayors office. Now, interent driven takeover of schools.

CANDIDATES ARE NOT WHO ARE BEING PLANNED to be president by the oligarchs behind this.
