QUESTIONS-- 01-- What are some good questions to ask?

How are good questions formulated? What are some good questions? What constitutes a good question? Are bad questions useful too? Can questions be fallacies? What's a tricky questions? What's a straightforward questions? Does the questionnee have to accept a question without knowing the frame? IS there are frame involved in questions? is there a book written about questions and how to formulate them? Are questions an overlooked semantic and cogntive tool? Does it seem to you as though we're taught and encouraged to formulate questions? Does this line of thought make any sense? Am I alone on this?

I think the most fascinating aspect of questions is an anwer that is another question. I'd like to see a conversation that goes like that.

What did you have for breakfast today?
Why do you ask?
Do you have to ask me that?
Why not?
Why?
Is that going to help you?
Don't you think I ought to know why you're asking me that?
What difference would it make?
If I told you that, would you ask the same question?
Would that matter to you?
Does it matter to YOU?
Does it matter to YOU?
Doest it matter to YOU?
Doest it matter to YOU?
....
